Buyback Policy

As a footwear retailer, Step Up Style does not typically buy back used or pre-owned items. However, we may run limited-time “Buyback/Upgrade” programs for select brands/models and only for products that are unworn and sealed.

General Rules

• Buyback is not guaranteed and is subject to campaign availability and inspection.
• Only items purchased from stepupstyle.com with valid proof of purchase are considered.
• Items must be unworn with all original tags, box, and accessories.

Valuation

• Assessed based on condition, current MRP, demand, and promo terms.
• Payouts are typically in the form of store credit valid for 6 months.

How to Apply

1. Email stepupstylenashik@gmail.com
    with Order ID, photos (box, tags, soles), and reason.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility, indicative value, and next steps.

Note: We reserve the right to decline buyback requests at our sole discretion.
