Before Dispatch
- You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it from your account page or by emailing stepupstylenashik@gmail.com
- Prepaid orders: full refund to original payment method.
- COD orders: cancelled with no charges.
After Dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. Please refuse delivery or raise a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
