Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

• You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it from your account page or by emailing stepupstylenashik@gmail.com
• Prepaid orders: full refund to original payment method.
• COD orders: cancelled with no charges.

After Dispatch

• Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. Please refuse delivery or raise a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.

Auto-Cancellation

• We may cancel orders for stock, payment, address, or fraud-prevention reasons. Any prepaid amount will be refunded.
